The analysis of Janata Bank Limited's training and development process is the
main goal of the internship report. Its goal is to list the many kinds of training that
bank staff members receive. The report opens with an overview of the bank,
outlining its accomplishments, aims, and aspirations. The training and
development process is then described, with a focus on how to use the ADDIE
paradigm to provide effective training. The study describes the training programs
that Janata Bank offers, including the materials that are used and the efficiency
that is assessed using the ADDIE methodology. In order to evaluate the efficacy
of the training, an employee survey was also carried out; the results are given
and recommendations were made accordingly.

In this report, I would like to emphasize that real estate encompasses both tangible and intangible assets. Tangible assets in real estate include land, buildings, and vehicles, while intangible assets encompass various forms of documentation, such as contractual agreements.
ASSK Developers Ltd. stands as an environmentally conscious response to the rapid urbanization in Bangladesh. As a requirement of the BRE program, I completed a three-month internship at ASSK Developers Ltd. within the marketing department, with my primary goal being to gain insights into the organization's marketing activities. The purpose of this internship report is to analyze the current marketing situation within the organization, encompassing its objectives, mission, vision, and departments.
This internship report offers an in-depth analysis of ASSK Developers Ltd.'s marketing activities, including the selection of a target market, product offering, pricing strategies, and policies for target customers. It contains comprehensive information about the overall marketing efforts of ASSK Developers Ltd.
The concluding section of the report provides important findings related to ASSK Developers Ltd, along with suggestions from my own perspective. Ultimately, this report serves to elucidate the marketing endeavors of ASSK Developers Limited.

Tracer Study on Marketing Bachelor Program 2019-2022

This research explored the congruence between higher education outcomes and labour market demands, explicitly focusing on graduates from the Marketing Bachelor Program between 2019-2022 at Daffodil International University. The central objective was to determine how well the skills developed at the University align with the contemporary labour market requirements.
A quantitative methodology, employing the Tracer Study approach, was utilized. This approach critically examines students' learning outcomes after graduating by surveying various stakeholders, including the graduates themselves. For the context of this research, a focused group of 197 graduates from the Marketing Bachelor Program 2019-2022 cohort at Daffodil International University were surveyed. The instrument used was a customized version of the Association of African University's tracer study questionnaire, adapted to align with the specific context of the University and the study's aims.
Key findings suggest that Daffodil International University does, to a notable degree, equip its marketing students with relevant skills that resonate with the labour market's needs. However, respondents raised concerns regarding certain study conditions within the institution. Specific areas for enhancement identified included the overall learning environment, curriculum relevance, strengthening faculty engagements, and fostering alumni connections. A significant point of divergence from some other African contexts was the employment rate: most of the respondents from this cohort were gainfully employed.
Furthermore, while employment was notable among respondents, they expressed discontent with their current job roles. This highlights the need for a more tailored skill development approach to ensure that the education provided aligns more with real-world job demands.These findings have paramount implications for curriculum design, higher education policy formulation, and quality assurance in higher education. The study recommends that institutions like Daffodil International University emphasize strategic initiatives to enhance the harmony between higher education outcomes and labour market expectations. One such enterprise could be integrating comprehensive internship and practicum programs, ensuring graduates are better equipped with skills directly applicable to their desired career paths.

Staff assessment, personnel evaluation, staff review, and service score, etc. The evolution of performance evaluation has four separate stages. TEAM stands for Technical, The method of Extended, Appraisal, and Maintenance. Evaluating performance involves looking back at previous work. Honoring prior achievements and establishing future objectives employee growth and performance. The method for employee appraisals might be seen as one of the measures of human resource quality Organizational management. Suitably crafted and the actualized employee assessment process is not just the essential foundation for effective employee performance management, but moreover offers useful data for additional responsibilities of human resource management. The significance of Performance Appraisal lies in its ability to facilitate employee training and development decisions, validate the selection process, and provide performance feedback. Therefore, performance management and performance assessment are essential to comprehending each employee's skills, knowledge, and value to the company.
