This paper investigates the causal interrelationship between export earnings from Dhaka International Trade Fair (D1TF) and GDP growth for Bangladesh using annual data from 2010 to 2018. The study analysed the achievements of the economy in terms of a leading variable as export. It used Pearson Correlation and Simple Regression Model for empirical findings based on secondary data. Since local and international business are explored together in the fair, there is a tremendous opportunity for our producers particularly exporters to meal their products and achieve the market share of global business. The study found that international trade fair has a significant impact on a nation k economic growth (GDP) and by the positive and strong initiatives of authorities, organizers and Government, in future, DlTF can be turned into a successful and large economic agent for export earnings and income growth of Bangladesh.

The study aims to find the reasons that companies usually consider while employing expatriates in their organizations and steps that can be taken to develop our local human resources to replace them. To achieve the goal of thisstudy a sample of 30 individuals from different companies were interviewed using a structured questionnaire through convenience sampling. Data were anal,wed using SASS software version 25.0. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis and factor analysis were also done. The outcome of the study shows that Business Communication Skill. Technical Knowhow and Global Mather Competitiveness remains the major reasons for entrepreneurs to recruit expatriates. As a solution to the problem, respondents mostly emphasized on skill development initiatives, improvisation of business communication skill, reinforcement of vocational education in the mainstream education system and Industryacademia collaboration. This will assist the government. the policy makers and the other stakeholders to take policy decisions regarding the expatriates working in Bangladesh and improving skills and expertise of our local human resources to replace them.

Career perhaps turns into the most significant concern for students and professionals at the present time. Exploring the desired career in the developing countries like Bangladesh is no my simple. The purpose of this research is to explore the factors influencing the business gradates' career choice. The primary data have been collected from business graduate students studying in 10 different universities in Bangladesh. Several statistical techniques of SPSS software package have been applied to cony out this study. The present research endorses the validity of new measures of career exploration. The study reveals that personal attributes, institutional attributes, educational arrangement and socio-economic condition have profound impact on finding the desired career in Bangladesh. The outcomes of this research have extensive implications for the students. educational institutions and policy makers. The findings of the current research suggest that modernization of teaching soles, providing standard study materials and career counseling to the students, and developing personal skills and competencies can facilitate students exploring their anticipated career.

Media is a tool to provide the information and images about a destination in front of the world because world is like a tiny village in the age of technology based media. Social media is more convenient than the physical manifestation to connect and engage individuals and groups in a certain object of communication. The aim of the study is to ascertain the factors in selecting the tourism destinations through social media. Data were collected through structured questionnaire survey from 317 respondents following convenience sampling method. All the responses were gathered on a five point liken scale. SPSS software 21 was used fordata anal-ysis. The statistical findings reveal that performance and customer satisfaction is the most important in influencing the choice of tourism destinations through social media followed by good business contents, sharing exciting experience, disclosure of right information and word of mouth marketing.The futdings of this study might help the tourism service providers redesign the promotional activities by using social media effectively.
