Abstract.- India, second most populous country in the world has tremendous scope to convert prospective conmmer to potential one. In the era o[ globalization and liberalization the shi[t [rom a local to a global economic paradigm had enlarged the role o[consumers which may not be neglecte d in these global economies in India. The study is to [ocus on huge transformation in the shopping practices o[ [our wheeler, disposable income and increasing number of in the youth. The attitudinal changes towards four wheelers refer a change from price to design, quality to trendinesr In this paper, the researcher studies various factors which impact on consumer preferences towards four wheeler. Such factors are divided into clusters for simpl fication. It is found that female customers of cars possess very high level of awareness regarding various brand names, product attributes as well as characteristics.

<summary type="text">Cross-Border Paperless Trade: From Concept to Reality

Abstract.- Paperless trade is the practice and interchange of electronic data and commercial documents to support the trade transaction mechanism. This domain has aimed at facilitating the electronic exchange of information along international supply chains in regional trade initiatives. The paper attempts to provide an analysis by examining ’Framework Agreement on Facilitation of Cross-Border Paperless Trade in Asia and The Pacfic’. The research paper also highlights the trade facilitation initiative of UNESCAP and trade facilitation agreement of WTO. Bangladesh ratified this agreement on 2 September 2016 as the 94th member of the WTO and 12th amongst the Least Developed Countries (LDCs). Considering the [act the paper analyzes the probable impact o[ entering into the agreement o[ cross border paperless trade agreement o[ UNESCAP. The research paper also attempts to show the status o[trade [acilitation implementation measures, taken by Bangladesh Government and highlights TF initiatives like Single Window System (SWS), Container Management System (CTM), ASYCUDA World The paper also summarized with recommendation of signing the framework agreement at Bangladesh part in talnng part of increasing its international trade transactions. Emphasizing the importance of cross-border paperless trade, Bangladesh may take necessary steps to way forward and consider the agreement favorably.

<summary type="text">A Bibliometric Analysis of Publications Published In the Journal of Documentation during 1991—2013

Abstract.- The scope of the journal titled ’Journal of Documentation’ is mainly information sciences, incorporating research articles, critical reviews and research reports. The bibliometric analysis of the research ournal is an attempt to measure and evaluate d jerent types of publications in relation to trend citation, volume, duration and authors. A total of 1193 peer-revie wed publications published during 1991 to 2013 have been analyzed through the database of Web of Science published by Clarivate Analytics The frequency of journal was quarterly during 1945-1996, five issues a year during 199!-1999 and since 2000 it has become bimonthly. Highest number of articles published in 2011 and lowest in 1995 and country-wise highest numbers of records (431) were from England during 1991-2013. It is found that highest number of citations was 668 in 2010 and lowest was in 1996 during the period of 1994 to 2013,- highest record for a single author is 90 (!. 544’Xo) and lowest record is 2 (0.l6fXo).The average citations per item are 5.03 and h-index is 35. The study revealed that impact factor of the journal for last five years was 1.333. The analysis is expected to be found useful by contributors and researchers as it shows the trends of citations.
