MikroTik operating framework is planned as an organization switch. The functioning programming and programming can be used to make a PC into a trustworthy association switch. The PC fuses a combination of components for IP organization and remote organization. These limits join Firewall and Nat, Bandwidth Limiter, Routing, Hotspot, Point to Point Tunneling Protocol, DNS server, DHCP server, Hotspot, and various components. On an organization that has various clients, it requires an exchange speed change instrument to hinder the information transmission over the limit. All clients get their exchange speed fairly. Information move limit Management is the method used to resolve those issues. Limiting bandwidth on MikroTik Hotspot is imperative to perform. Distant space of interest can be gotten to wherever to whom it may have the entry methodology. Bandwidth Limitation is expected to propel value in all the space of interest customer.

effective to us. In this report we described about the Dhaka Power Distribution Companies substations&#13;
(Distribution transformer, Circuit breaker, Lightning arrester, Isolator, Insulator, Capacitor bank,&#13;
Earthing, Busbar). We also described Network Operation and Customer Service (NOCS) and&#13;
Maintenance. Like (About NOCS division , Power distribution system of NOCS, 132/11-kv grid&#13;
substation ,33/11-kv substation, 11-kv line, LT line, Jumper, distribution transformer, Ring Main Unit&#13;
(RMU), Feeder Single line diagram, Alternative feeders, Meter reading section, Computer billing&#13;
system, New connection process, Prepaid metering system, Divisional control room, Divisional store,&#13;
Citizen charter, Tariff rule, Tariff rates, Annual performance agreement (APA) targets, Geographical&#13;
Information System (GIS), Supervisory Control &amp; Data Acquisition (SCADA), Meter testing, Battery&#13;
backup, etc).&#13;
I hope that the following topics explanation gave us the enough knowledge and adding some pictures&#13;
for better understanding.

Basic Power Engineering Ltd. is the pioneer manufacturer of transformers &amp; electrical goods&#13;
in Bangladesh. The company has always been contributing towards the advancement and&#13;
development of engineering sector in Bangladesh by introducing a range of quality of&#13;
distribution transformers with different ranges &amp; other electrical equipment’s likeSwitchgear equipment’s, distribution board etc. I recently have done my internship in Basic&#13;
Power Engineering Ltd. In which I got training from its transformer section. The internship&#13;
is basically on manufacturing, assembling, and testing process of distribution transformer.&#13;
The starting of this report with some fundamental data about introduction, background,&#13;
objectives and recommendation are shown. Then I have discussed about distribution&#13;
transformers, its working procedure, its classifications based on its applicability, its&#13;
efficiency etc. The report includes manufacturing process step by step with core cutting, HT,&#13;
LT winding, assembling core and coil, tanking up, bushing, oil filling etc. I have tried to&#13;
describe the whole calculation process of 500kVA, 3-Phase Distribution Transformer with&#13;
its testing procedure along with test reports which was observed by me.&#13;
In this report, I have given a very brief review of what I saw and learned during in my&#13;
internship period. I have mentioned all those things which I have learned in my internship&#13;
period. This report will give its reader the knowledge about the Basic Power Engineering&#13;
Limited and distribution transformer. I tried my level best to make the report simple but&#13;
informative.
