MediSync - An Innovative Telemedicine Platform with Real Time Video Consultation is a complete digital health platform aimed to connect patients and health institutions in real time video consultation and built-in appointment management. The platform will overcome traditional healthcare access disadvantages, including geographical inaccessibility and long queues as well as administrative wastages. MediSync provides its patients with a friendly web and mobile platform to schedule virtual appointments, talk to doctors through live video, read their electronic health record, and have follow-up care - all in the comfort of their homes. To healthcare providers, the system provides them with a centralized platform to manage schedules, make online consultation, and access patient data in a secure and efficient manner in service delivery. Its major characteristics are real-time video conferencing, creation of eprescription, appointments bookings, and patient data storage in the cloud, which adheres to the healthcare data standards of data protection. MediSync intends to increase patient accessibility, healthcare efficiency, and quality care delivery at all times and in all locations by incorporating telemedicine with modern web technologies. The main mission of MediSync is to redefine healthcare experience through developing a more connected, accessible, and patient-centered health care system - a gap bridging between patients and healthcare providers in the age of digitalism

Our cities have a big problem with trash, and the old ways of dealing with it don't work anymore. This project shows how to use new technologies to handle trash in a better way. We have little sensors inside trash cans that tell us when they are full. Our software looks at this information at a central centre to discover the best ways to collect it. We don't send trucksout on a set schedule; we simply send them out when and when they are needed. We've also made a mobile app that lets customers report bins that are full and get information on when their trash will be picked up. We are saving money, cutting down on pollution, and using less fuel by doing this. This technique ultimately helps keep our cities cleaner and healthier, and it also makes garbage handling more efficient and better for the environment

The system connects customers who are searching for parking spaces with hosts who own available parking spots, making the entire parking process simple, fast, and reliable. Users can register and log in as Customers, Hosts, or Admins, and each role has clearly defined functionalities. Customers can search for nearby parking spots, apply filters such as location, price, and availability, and complete bookings through an easy-to-use interface. Hosts can add new parking spots, update availability, activate or deactivate listings, view customer bookings, and track their total earnings through a dashboard. Admins are responsible for managing users, approving parking listings, monitoring bookings, and ensuring smooth system operation. The application is designed to be secure, scalable, and responsive, with features such as real-time availability updates, efficient booking management, and a clean, user-friendly interface. Overall, the ParKNGo platform streamlines urban parking by improving convenience forcustomers, creating earning opportunities for hosts, and providing effective administrative control over the system.
