For those unfamiliar, a hotel is a place where a true traveler (one who can afford to pay for meals and accommodation) may do so, provided that the traveler is in suitable physical and mental condition to do so (According to British Act 1931). To provide shelter and food to individuals who are financially, mentally, and physically competent to do so is the primary objective of any hospitality business, which may be classified as a hotel. Lodges, guest homes, rest houses, restaurants, hotels, motels, resorts, inns, and so on are all other types of establishments found in the hospitality business. Only when all these things are together is the idea of a hotel entertained. This means going above and above to accommodate the visitor in every way. One of a hotel's many departments is food and beverage service. The Food & Beverage (F&B) industry serves as a hub for visitors to have their questions answered, get assistance, and evaluate the quality of the offerings throughout their stay. This is the heart and soul of a hotel, since it is responsible for making guests feel welcome and checking them out. The duties of the Food & Beverage staff include greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, discussing customers' dining experiences, and providing helpful information to guests at all times throughout their stay. The primary focus of this practicum report is going to be on the procedures that are followed in the kitchen at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka. As a student working toward a bachelor's degree, I am fortunate enough to have the chance to do my internship at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka. In my view, a hotel is an excellent location to get some practical experience in order to prepare oneself for a successful career in the hospitality business and become a trained professional. An internship-training program has been established for Daffodil International University's Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management (BTHM) students. At the request of the relevant authorities, the Radisson BLU Dhaka Water Garden , which is one of the well-known five-star hotels in Dhaka, Bangladesh, has selected me to participate in a training program designed to provide me with practical experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in the activities that are associated with it.

It was great experience working at Dhaka Resort Six months. During the period learned a lot of practical things which are mention in the report. Besides also explained all the major issues of online reservation, guest communication and other department different reports and like wish, present a SWOT analysis on Dhaka Resort.

Food and Beverage (F&B) service have been an integral part of hotel operations and the general hospitality experience since the advent of written history. “An analysis on Food and Beverage service operations of Hotel Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View” is my internship report topic title. In this report I tried to piece together my academic knowledge of Food and Service and assemble it with practical decorations as learned during my internship period. I tried to cover all the major actions of Food and Beverage service. The major functions are-

Service
Where I have delivered my theoretical knowledge of the various functions of Food and Beverage Service throughout this process. At the very end of the internship report I did an analysis of SWOT on the Food and Beverage practice and tried honestly critics on some major points. I have also delivered some suggestion based on my training in the internship period.
