Despite numerous prior suggestions aimed at simplifying network management, it is worth noting that several approaches to address network management issues can be considered temporary fixes due to the inherent challenges associated with altering the fundamental infrastructure. The primary emphasis of this practicum report is on the central branch of optical fiber communication. This report comprehensively analyzes the current FTTx network architecture, communication protocols, support and maintenance procedures, security measures, troubleshoots and development strategies employed by Iqra Technologies Ltd. The current network is adequately structured and has been recently updated. However, this report also acknowledges and discusses certain limits that can be resolved. The issue of network administration is significantly complicated.
