<description>Studies on the Defects of Polo T-Shirt: A Study In ROBINTEX BANGLADESH LTD (ABUL KHAYER GROUP).
Nomani, Md. Jaglul Haider
Garment failure has become a major problem in today’s garment industry because it affects the actual productivity of the garment. In this post, we will talk about the different kinds of garment defect, which is a term that is widely used in the industry. In our study, we find that it is very important to know the different kind of garment defect. In the industry, the kind of garment defect depends on the type of defect classification and the judgement made by the inspector. The main purpose of the study or thesis is to analyze the defects in polo shirt in ROBINTEX BANGLADESH LTD (ABUL KHAYER GROUP). In order to accomplish the main purpose, we need to analyze minor, major and critical defects both in workmanship and in packaging of t-shirt. In the second level inspection, a few samples of the order quantity are taken and inspected to determine the defect. After the detection of the defect, the finished t-shirt is free from the questions of the byer and it is the last inspection before delivery.

Bangladesh's economy is based on the ready-made clothing and textile industry. However, because textile manufacturers use a lot of water and eventually produce a lot of wastewater, they produce hazardous effluent for human health. One kilogramme of cotton cloth requires around 100 litres of water to colour. Therefore, a typical textile mill that uses only 15 tonnes of water per day uses roughly 1.5 million litres of water per day. Reusing wastewater is therefore a problem for the textile industry on both an ecological and financial level. Excluding the original manufacturing cost, the overall cost of wastewater reclamation was about 0.12 US dollars per cubic metre. The three reusable wastewater types—fixing, enzyme, and bleaching—that are used for viscose fabric in this study are not treated and are contrasted with regular input soft water

The qualities of polyester fibre that are revealed following disperse dyeing are the main focus of this thesis. This thesis compares several kinds of attributes. I will start by dying a polyester sample cloth in a sample dyeing pot. Once the dyeing process is finished, we will take a sample from the dyeing pot. There will be some dye solution left over at this point, so I'll dye it again using a fresh sample of fabric. I will then review the CMC report. In a similar manner, I will dye a sample of polyester fabric. Following dyeing, the fabrics display a variety of tints. I can compare this shade in a different way based on visual evaluation. This thesis examines the properties of polyester fabric, includingits colourfastness to rubbing, colourfastness to washing, colourfastness to water, colourfastness to saliva, colourfastness to sweat, colourfastness to dye transfer, colourfastness to phenolic yellowing, pH value, and bursting strength. Check the CMC report as well.
