This project is a web-based finding home for rent and an owner who can rent his home. It's specifically designed for them with an online based payment system and secured. Also , it can find the best optimized search for a consumer compared to other websites. This “AR Property System” project is developed for making a better understanding system for consumers. This project is very optimized for renting a house to their consumers and also they have freedom to control their properties with their utilities bill and other expenses . They can search online and pay online and save their precious time . Although there is a computerized web based application system, it does not have that great productivity and usefulness with the help of data stored and generated due to implementation of this digitized system.
