dc.description.abstract 20th century is known as the era of science. Science and technology have made great strides. At the beginning of the 20th century, a forensic organization was also established in Bangladesh. The network of these organizations lasted until the end of the 20th century and strengthened into the 21stCentury. Many forensic organizations have been established in Bangladesh to handle criminal cases in a timely manner through scientific investigation in the field and in the laboratory. The courts are responsible for administering justice and are based on evidence gathered through various means. One way to gather evidence is through forensic science.But the facilities created are not enough so that increase the number of criminal cases in Bangladesh. There are need more human, machine, scientific and technological infrastructure to modernize forensics in Bangladesh, also the need to enhance forensic capacity in Bangladesh remains. This research highlights the importance of forensic evidence for judicial administration in Bangladesh. This study also aims to investigate the question of how the application of forensic evidence fits into theory and practice. It also highlights and describes current scenarios, issues, academic and research activities, future directions and the need for forensic evidence in Bangladesh. en_US
