Abstract:
This report presents an Android application “Rapid Pass” that helps its users to get part
time identification card and also helps to get appointment schedule in an educational
institution or other offices. The app provides three main features: Firstly, Users can
apply for a part-time ID card through the app by submitting their personal information
and a photo. The ID card is required for access to the institution's and office's facilities
and services. The app allows its users to schedule appointments with the institution's
departments or staff, making it easier to coordinate and plan their work. Employees
with access to the app's admin panel can use it to record the daily attendance of other
employees, streamlining the process and reducing the need for paper-based recordkeeping.
The app was developed using the Flutter programming language and the Android
Studio development environment. It was tested on various devices to ensure
compatibility and usability. A user survey was conducted to gather feedback and
identify areas for improvement. The results show that the app is easy to use and saves
time and effort for both user’s, employees, and the educational institution and offices.
