Study on Different Types of Sewing Fault & It's Remedies

Abstract

Garments defect means the undesirable operation Happens during production in garments. This is big problem in RMG sector. The main reason of garments rejections is Sewing fault which is the main reason of low productivity. It is very necessary to know about sewing fault to increase productivity. The aim of the paper is to know Identifying different types of sewing fault like- puckering, uneven stitch, Raw edge, needle cut, stitch skip etc. without identifying it is not possible to produce good quality product. we have collected some end table inspection report from factories where we are doing our internship to Identify defects and after analyzation we found some defects. Then we choose some defects and start works to found its remedies. we successfully found those remedies which we present in this paper. TABLE OF
