dc.description.abstract The theoretical knowledge and the practical is not the equal theme. The theoretical knowledge is completed when it can be used in the applied field. The objective of internship is to use one’s theoretical in practical field. Commonly by the word “Bank” we can easily understand the financial institution deals with money. But there are different types of Bank likes: Central Bank, Commercial Bank, Savings Bank, Investment bank, Industrial Bank etc. But when people use the term “Bank” without any obstacle, or qualification it refers to the “Commercial Bank”. A commercial bank is a type of financial intermediary. Commercial bank is also known as business banking. It is a bank that provides checking account, savings account and money market account and that accepts time deposit. Janata Bank limited is a state-owned commercial bank and is catering the need of the business people. It was corporatized on 15th November 2007. Janata Bank was born with a new concept of determined banking sub serving the developing need of business of the state. Janata Bank Limited will be a useful commercial bank by obeying a stable strategy of development, delivering high quality financial products, with best customer service through an expert management term and conform good corporate governance in each step of banking network. en_US
