dc.description.abstract The primary focus of this practicum report is going to be on the procedures that are followed in the kitchen at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka. As a student working toward a bachelor's degree, I am fortunate enough to have the chance to do my internship at the Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in Dhaka. In my view, a hotel is an excellent location to get some practical experience in order to prepare oneself for a successful career in the hospitality business and become a trained professional. An internship-training program has been established for Daffodil International University's Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management (BTHM) students. At the request of the relevant authorities, the Radisson BLU Dhaka Water Garden , which is one of the well-known five-star hotels in Dhaka, Bangladesh, has selected me to participate in a training program designed to provide me with practical experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in the activities that are associated with it. en_US
