Abstract:
An internship is a structured program offered by a company to potential employees that enables students to improve their theoretical practice and understanding. Throughout this subject, professionalism can grow fairly well.
This report describes my internship, as a part of my undergraduate program at MIME 360. The organization, its departments, and some of the work they have done and my experience with them is mentioned in this report.
This report includes the company’s background and objective. Later it discusses about the organizational structure of the company. The report addresses my roles and work towards the end, what I did for the company during my 3 months of internship and how should I apply my theoretical knowledge to the practical world. The report also discusses about the experience as a Multimedia intern in MIME 360. Lots of challenges were faced during internship time and steps required to take to overcome the obstacles. Additionally, the report discusses one of the business models that the company uses and I have accordingly mentioned the recommendations keeping in mind the business model relevant to the workings of the organization.
I got the opportunity to do an internship at the Confidence Group. Which is not only an opportunity, but also a privilege for me to work under such a vast organization. Out of 18 of their sister concerns, MiME 360(Digital Marketing Agency) was my home for a while.
