dc.description.abstract Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Limited is a publicly traded scheduled bank that belongs to the private sector. It was founded in accordance with the Bank Companies Act of 1991 and was formed as a public limited company on June 2 under the Companies Act of 1994. Beginning on August 3, 1999, the Bank began conducting business banking. After receiving permission from Bangladesh Bank, the bank changed its conventional banking operations into Islamic Banking based on Islamic Shariah on July 1, 2004. A team of highly qualified individuals with a range of banking and finance expertise manages and runs the bank. An effective board of directors is responsible for making decisions at the summit of the organization, which is run by a group of highly qualified and experienced professionals under the direction of the managing director of the bank. Understanding and foreseeing customer requirements is a constant focus of the bank's management. Currently, the bank has smart IT-backed real-time centralized online banking branches all over the nation. In addition to these conventional delivery points, the bank has its own ATM, which it shares with other partner institutions and a consortium across the nation. This report is based on real data and operational procedures employed by Export Import Bank Bangladesh Limited. To clearly understand the bank's policy and how it is carried out through various mechanisms and processes, the overall financial management of Export Import Bank of Bangladesh Limited has been investigated. The objective of this research is to identify the key problems with financial performance analysis by analyzing financial policy, financial management rules and regulations, and product performance evaluation. The first part of the report contains the introduction, which was written to make sure that everything was done properly. en_US
