These students often struggle to become proficient in English due to a lack of effective instructional strategies implemented by teachers. The paper identifies the need for effective learning methods and an encouraging environment to facilitate English language development. Improving communication skills is crucial for students to succeed in today's world and avoid future problems. The article does not just blame the students' abilities for the poor level of English proficiency among Bangla-speaking students; it also emphasizes the role of teachers in this situation.
