Abstract:
This internship will examine the significance of communication in English in an IT company. The
report discusses the significance and function of English language proficiency in the globalised
operations of an IT company. This project also emphasises the significance of providing
employees with English language training and development programmes to improve their
language abilities. In addition, the report investigates the relationship between English proficiency
