dc.description.abstract The main objective of this project paper is to describe the observation and teaching techniques of English language teaching in a Bangla medium Institution. This project paper also describes my experience, my strengths and weaknesses, and the situation of the students. In Bangladesh, English is not our mother tongue; it is a second language, so this project paper also expresses the methods of English language teaching as a second language learning in Bangladesh. I feel it is very hard to accept English lectures for understanding English language teaching in Bangladeshi context. I selected Holy Cross Aspirancy to complete my internship. This project paper demonstrates my teaching techniques, like my lesson plan, the way I teach, the way I learn from students and teachers, teacher's feedback for me, my assessment for students, class observation, Swot analysis of the institution, my Swot analysis, my obstacles when I continue my internship, and also demonstrates which method I used for teaching English language. Bangladeshi school and college students suffer a lot when they learn the English language. They did not understand a full English lecture; that is why teachers use some Bangla language for their batter understanding. This internship experience provides me with a tool that I will use in the future when I join any school or college. Lastly, I would like to say that, this project paper represents my experience of three months of teaching and observation. en_US
