dc.description.abstract This report will provide a summary of my practical research into the current state of English language instruction in a Bangladeshi school. I selected the Dhaka Ideal High School for my apprenticeship. It was a wonderful opportunity for me to learn more about ourselves and the education system. I prepared myself with a variety of methods, depending on the elements necessary for the teaching practicum. I observed many classes, lesson plans, innovative teaching methods, evaluations, student feedback, and evolution. This incredible experience allowed me to comprehend the current state of English instruction in educational institutions. In my opinion, the method of teaching English in schools is not very innovative. The method of teaching English must be adjusted. This report will also include modifications or adjustments suggested by the intern to improve English Language Teaching at the school level. According to me, students need appropriate guidelines for learning English in order for it to play a significant role in their careers. [Keywords: English, Evaluation, Method, Innovative] en_US
