dc.description.abstract My experience working as an English teacher at Bangaratna Degree College is detailed in the internship report. I picked a few classes to take in order to better understand myself and the students, and I'd like to share my experience with you based on my observations made while completing my internship. These observations were made based on my skills, knowledge, challenges, teaching and learning methods, assessment, feedback, evaluation of my efforts, and other factors. The objectives of this research highlight the instructional strategies that teachers employ in their classes. Based on the findings of the intern, the study has offered several recommendations that might assist in identifying the strengths, weaknesses, performance, academic curriculum, opportunities, facilities, of the observed teachers, and the institution. Key words: Experiences, skills, knowledge, challenges, methods, assessment, feedback, evaluation and effort, recommendations. en_US
