dc.description.abstract This internship report is based on the techniques of English learning and teaching methods in general Bangladeshi schools. The aim of the internship is to find out the answer of the question “why is English still just a subject to pass out more than a language?”. As a part of this I joined Mirza Ibrahim School as an English teacher and focused on the method of teaching, style of learning, evaluation and feedback also the material while teaching the students, also the environment, my observation and conduct of classes for three months of my internship. I tried to find out the strengths and the limitations of teaching and learning methods. en_US
