dc.description.abstract This report paper's purpose was to give pupils an understanding and appreciation of the world of business. The intern assumed the role of a real-world assistant marketing developer at Sabbir Chemical Works, Narayanganj, Bangladesh. The internship was a requirement for the program "Project Paper with Internship," and he was selected following a questioning by the officials at Sabbir Chemical Works. He put up a sincere effort to complete the internship successfully while working in the Marketing Development department. After finishing, the intern thought the experience was excellent and an essential way to advance his skills. The report paper's main objective was to list the marketing's difficulties, opportunities, problems, results, and constraints at Sabbir Chemical Works. The investigation also covered the intern's observations of the study's advantages, disadvantages, possibilities, and threats. The report offered recommendations on how to enhance the department and get around marketing-related challenges. He also recommended digitizing the sector for more effective marketing. Students, academics, and business professionals interested in learning about the difficulties and opportunities involved with marketing in the chemical sector will find the project paper to be a great resource. en_US
