dc.description.abstract This project paper is basically an internship report conducted by the author in order to find out the responsibilities of a teacher and the obstacles of teaching in the Bangladeshi environment. This report is a three-month internship at the school. Here are the school's positive and negative aspects, as well as suggestions for future improvements. This report describes the characteristics of an effective teacher, communicative language instruction, task-based teaching and selecting the best techniques for teaching. Background information, a facilitator, a class selection, the school, the student's experience, and the internship's objectives are all included here. What was learned while performing an internship, what was improved, how to interact with students, how to communicate, and how to comprehend when teaching was all highlighted.
