Experience of Being an Assistant Floor Manager at the Sabbir Chemical Works.

The objective of this project was to furnish students with pragmatic knowledge and hands-on experience in the corporate realm. he assumed the role of an assistant floor manager at Sabbir Chemical Works located in Gokuldaserbag, Bandar, Naraynganj, Bangladesh, thereby representing a practical work scenario. The internship was a component of the "Project Paper with Internship" curriculum, and the selection process for the intern involved an interview conducted by the officials at Sabbir Chemical Works. He diligently carried out his internship responsibilities within the Management department. After finishing the internship, he regarded the experience as exceptional and a crucial means to enhance his skills. The research paper centered on the identification of challenges, prospects, issues, outcomes, and limitations pertaining to marketing at Sabbir Chemical Works. The investigation also examined the advantages, limitations, prospects, and challenges identified by him. The report presented recommendations for addressing impediments that impacted the marketing function and enhancing the performance of the department. In addition, the intern proposed the implementation of digitalization within the industry to enhance management capabilities. The research paper offers significant perspectives for scholars, learners, and business executives who are keen on comprehending the complexities and prospects linked to administration in the chemical sector.
