dc.description.abstract This review explores the usefulness and use of traditional homoeopathic and Ayurvedic medicine within the context of Bangladesh. This research aims to examine the origins, evolution, and current state of two popular forms of complementary and alternative medicine in the United States, with the goal of better understanding their potential for treating a wide range of medical conditions. This article draws on a wide range of research and other published literature to assess the effectiveness of these ancient medicinal practices and their integration into the modern healthcare system. In order to improve health outcomes for the general public, the study emphasises the importance of furthering research and collaboration between traditional and modern medical systems. Constraints and opportunities for the widespread use of these alternative treatments in Bangladesh are also discussed. Insights into the potential benefits and limitations of traditional homoeopathic and Ayurvedic therapy are provided by this study, which has important implications for policymakers, healthcare practitioners, and patients in Bangladesh and beyond. en_US
