dc.description.abstract This report is my own experience about my observing and teaching as an English Teacher at Sheynjuti School. This project paper purpose is to find out the present situation of English Language Learning in a Bangladeshi School especially in rural area’s School. Its main focus is Learning how to teach the students properly. I observed some different classes of some different teachers. Throughout the whole project paper I used my experience, knowledge and skill which I gained from my Internship. I have faced some difficulties which I overcome with my own way. I observed the teaching style, environment of the classroom, methodology, teaching technique, relation between teachers and students. I had both positive and negative experience during my observation. After observing the classes I prepared myself for teaching and I tried to apply some different methods of teaching. Some of the teachers helped me very much. Then I conducted the classes. So, my experience was really very good and enjoyable and I mean it was memorable experience for my whole life. en_US
