Abstract:
This report encapsulates my internship experience as a cinematographer at Dew Film, a
registered freelance video production house located in Savar, Bangladesh. It encompasses my
observations, learnings, and experiences gained throughout the 14-week duration. It provides
insights into the organization itself, including its structure and the individuals involved.
Additionally, it highlights my supervisor, weekly activities, the integration between practical
work and academic lessons, the tools and equipment utilized, and the skills I have developed
during this time.
Throughout the internship, I have encountered numerous real-life work experiences and the
challenges that come with them. This fourteen week period has been immensely educational,
providing me with valuable job experiences that will greatly contribute to my future career.
Within this organization, I was involved in multitasking roles as the ever-evolving market
demands more than just one skill. The ability to adapt and continuously upgrade one's skills
in order to stay relevant in the industry has been a crucial lesson I learned from this
internship.
