dc.description.abstract In today's world the impact of online shopping has increased manifold. Even in Bangladesh its effect is being noticed. In the marketplace of Bangladesh, all types of products are mainly dealt with, furniture is one of them. If we talk about furniture, then there are many reputed furniture companies who also sell online. However, the websites display their furniture as two dimensional. under the influence of modern technology, many companies have started displaying their product as three-dimensional like Hatil already started showing their product their product Hatil have already started displaying their products in 3 dimension. Purchasing furniture online poses unique challenges, as customers often struggle to visualize how items will fit into their spaces and complement existing décor. In this context, 3D furniture design emerges as a powerful solution, revolutionizing the online shopping experience and significantly impacting e-commerce sales. 3D furniture design bridges the gap between the virtual and physical worlds, enabling customers to make informed purchasing decisions and enhancing their overall satisfaction. 3D models of furniture, allowing customers to explore products from various angles, zoom in on intricate details. Such immersive experiences foster a sense of confidence and trust in the product, mitigating concerns regarding size, color, and overall design compatibility. Through interactive 3D models, customers can manipulate furniture items, change colors, fabrics, and materials. This level of interactivity empowers consumers, enabling them to personalize their choices and envision the furniture within their own living spaces, thereby minimizing post-purchase dissatisfaction. 3D furniture design impacts on reducing returns and enhancing customer satisfaction.
