dc.description.abstract The purpose of this project was to equip students with practical knowledge and experience in the world. Based on this report, I worked as an English teacher in a Bangladeshi high school with the aim of gaining experience in the teaching profession. To prepare this report, I did my three-month internship at Shahid Smritee Bidhyaniketon,Lawkathi School. I had the opportunity to conduct and observe the classes daily during this time. The report concludes with an in-depth class observation and conduction. By observing a class, I compiled overall necessary notes in that class, such as what method the teacher was using for teaching in the class or how much the students were engaged in learning English language. Based on class observations besides collecting necessary information related to the subject, I shared my experience of conducting 5 classes of my preference. This project is really a source of new hope for me. en_US
