Abstract:
Within the pages of my internship report lies a detailed account of my journey as an English teacher at Central Laboratory School and College. Delving into selected classes, my goal was to comprehend both myself and my students better. Through keen observations, I documented my experiences, analyzing my skills, knowledge, teaching methods, and challenges faced. This introspection not only shed light on my instructional strategies but also allowed me to assess my efforts comprehensively. This study goes beyond mere observation; it uncovers the nuances of teaching and learning methods, assessments, feedback mechanisms, and self-evaluation. In essence, it serves as a lens, offering insights into the educational landscape. The culmination of this research unveils not just the strengths and weaknesses of the teachers observed but also provides recommendations to enhance performance, refine the academic curriculum, and leverage existing opportunities and facilities within the institution.
