Teaching Experience at New Model Multilateral High School

Abstract

The subject of the project paper is “Teaching Experience at New Model Multilateral High School”. This is a report which depicts from my personal experience. It is, basically, based on my observed and conducted classes. The main aim of this project paper is to find out how, exactly, the students in our country are taught in the schools. At the very onset of my joining, I observed several classes conducted by the senior teacher, Mr. Delowar as well as the English instructor Mr. Mahfuz. I observed the classes to determine how the students encountered any challenges and how a teacher generally teach their students in the classroom. Throughout the project I tried my optimum efforts to realize the students well. During the project period I tried to get all what I learned from my respected teachers to the students, and also faced many challenges which I have overcome with my techniques. As I observed the classes, I got feedback and evaluations which helped me to identify my strength and weakness. I, personally, always, focused to develop new and effective methods for teaching English.
