dc.description.abstract This report offers an overview of my internship as a Junior Marketing Employee at BEML company. I completed my internship from 15-07-2023 to 20-10-2023 to complete my B.A. (Hons) in English degree. I gain practical knowledge and skills in the company as a marketing employee. This internship report shows my practical experience which I gathered during my internship period. The paper highlights the symbiotic relationship between academic knowledge and practical application by demonstrating how interns integrate theoretical concepts in real-world marketing strategies. It highlights the difficulties that interns encounter, such as adapting to fast-paced industry expectations, using digital marketing technologies, and understanding consumer behavior in various areas. In addition, the research emphasizes the value of mentorship and systematic advice in developing interns' abilities and confidence. en_US
