dc.description.abstract The objective of this paper is to examine the relationships among knowledge management (KM), enterprise resource planning implementation (ERPI) and perceived organizational performance (POP). Besides, ERP implementation is employed as a mediator in this study to determine the impact of KM on POP. A total of 395 responses were received from healthcare sector staff working as Physicians, nurses, medical technicians, and information system-related officers in the 224 Healthcare organizations of Bangladesh. PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data using SMARTPLS 3.2.9 and SPSS applications. The results revealed that KM factors such as knowledge creation (KI), knowledge sharing behavior (KSB), knowledge implementation (KI), and ERP implementation positively affect the POP. In addition, ERPI mediates the relationship between KM factors (KC, KSB, KI) and POP. The study has contributed by investigating the mediating effect of ERPI between KM and POP, which will help academicians and researchers further investigate the effect on other developing countries’ healthcare sectors. Moreover, the study results will help to explore insights on knowledge and technology opportunities for healthcare sector stakeholders and policymakers. en_US
