Abstract:
Bari Vara is an online rental and reservation platform for apartments. Improving human labor,
making it more precise, and cutting down on the amount of time needed to rent and reserve real
estate are the main goals. It lessens the workload for those looking to rent an apartment as well
as the owners who must rent out their space. Bari-Vara provides property management services
to the general public that needs to rent an apartment. This includes booking, contacting the
owners, and helping the owners set up rent by listing their apartment on the internet and
providing a rent list. The software can be operated using an easier-to-use version of the User
Interface (UI), and advanced User Experience (UX) modules are available for enhanced user
experiences. Firebase Server serves as the back-end and React JS as the front-end for the exam
management system. People without apartments can now rent apartments with ease, which will
cut down on labor-intensive manual labor and pen-and-paper work. It's also a scalable,
adaptable, and sturdy system. This product's lifecycle has been properly maintained and
followed since the product code's inception. In order to produce the best results in the shortest
amount of time, I basically used SCRUM management in the model I built for this project.
