Abstract

This report presents the findings and key learnings from my teaching internship at Raigonj Upozilla Sadar Dhangara Women’s Degree College. My primary goal of the internship was to learn teaching strategies and techniques, classroom management, time management. This report provides a detailed analysis of the observed and conducted classes. Additionally, this report highlights the importance of lesson planning and student’s participation in creating a positive and ideal learning environment. By reflecting on my lessons and seeking feedback from mentors and students I identified areas for improvement.
