Abstract:
This report on my internship reflects my three-month experience in school as a teacher and an observer. It delves into the methods of teaching English in Bangladeshi schools, with a focus on the teaching process and student comprehension. By closely observing classroom dynamics and teacher-student interactions, I gained valuable insights into effective teaching strategies and student engagement. Collaborating with dedicated educators , participating in lesson planning, and interacting with students from diverse backgrounds enriched my teaching skills, lesson preparation, and instructional techniques.This internship opportunity not only deepened my understanding of the learning process but also allowed me to actively contribute to students' academic progress. My time spent at the school was both fulfilling and enlightening, igniting my passion for innovative and creative teaching approaches.
