Abstract:
The internship report on HRM Practices of Seven Star Holidays has been undertaken in order to fulfil the requirements of the course outline and to understand the application of the theoretical knowledge in the practical sectors. The primary goal of the study is to evaluate Seven Star Holiday’s HRM practices. I have made every effort as a fresh intern at a reputable Travel Agency like Seven Star Holidays to complete HRM Practices in three months. The report on the HRM Practices study is descriptive in nature. I used primary and secondary data to produce the report. Three months is not a long time to prepare a quality report. The study has a number of limitations. Finding out every detail about the Seven Star Holiday’s HRM practices is really challenging. I've demonstrated the company’s goal, target, vision, and mission. I have completed 7 chapters. First chapter is the report's introduction, which covers its history, goals, scope, methodology, and limits. In the Second chapter I explained the overview of Seven Star Holidays Travel Agency, Corporate information, mission, vision, objective and values. The study of the company's planning, recruiting, selecting, training, development, performance review, and pay management is covered in the third chapter. Fourth Chapter included the Company’s SWOT analisis . Fifth chapter covered with the internship experience .In the sixth chapter discussed about the study finding and included some recommendation and lastly in the Seventh Chapter which included the conclusion part of this paper.
