dc.description.abstract The preparation of this report is required for the BBA internship. This study focuses on First Security Islami Bank Limited’s three month work experience. This report will provide a thorough understanding of First Security Islami Bank Limited’s recruitment and selection procedures. The report was divided into four main sections. I gave the background in the first section. This section also covers the study’s limits, procedures, and aims. Within the second section, I went over the First Security Islami Bank’s general idea, giving the report from the internship. The analytical portion of the third segment is where I’ve talked about FSIBL recruitment and selection procedures. I covered topics like the functional area of HRM, the history of HRM, the role of the HR department in large organizations, recruitment and recruiting. Both outside and inside, errors in recruitment, selection, the fundamentals of selection procedure, selection procedure practice. en_US
