Abstract:
This research suggests creating an online Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with a particular emphasis on leave administration. The system's goal is to automate and expedite an organization's leave application, approval, and tracking procedures. Through the implementation of streamlined processes and the centralization of leave data, the HRMS aims to lower administrative costs, raise employee satisfaction, and boost overall operational effectiveness. Important functions including automatic notifications, policy enforcement, tracking of leave balances, and payroll system integration will all be included in the system. By implementing an Agile development approach, the system will be improved repeatedly to satisfy the organization's changing requirements. In the end, the HRMS Leave Management System will help create a more transparent, efficient, and well-organized leave management process, which will boost output.
