Abstract:
The main object of evaluation of phytochemical Screening and Investigation of Analgesic, CNS, Thrombolytic, and Antidiarrheal Activities of Methanolic Extracts from Xantolis Assamica Flowers in Experimental Mice. Phytochemical screening such as alkaloids, glycosides, steroids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and gum tests the therapeutic value determination of the plant is done and the presence of alkaloids, glycosides, saponins, flavonoids, tannins is found in this plant. An acetic acidinduced writhing test was used to measure analgesic activity. CNS activities was evaluated by using hole board, hole cross and open field test. Thrombolytic activity of plant extract was done with the help of human blood. Anti diarrheal test was done by castor oil induced. The acetic acid-induced writhing test was used to examine the analgesic impact of the methanolic extract of Xantolis Assamica flowers. The writhing caused by acetic acid was significantly
