A Survey on the Impact of Food, Stress, and Environmental Factors on Triggering Migraine in Dhaka City

Abstract

Bangladesh has a rising smoking rate, especially among the younger population, with 35% of children and young adults between the ages of 15 and 24 reporting they smoke. Vaping and e-cigarettes are two examples of new tobacco products that are becoming more and more popular. E-cigarettes increase the risk of stroke, heart attack, and sudden cardiac death tenfold over traditional cigarettes. They also include nicotine, which can lead to abnormalities in cholesterol and blood pressure, effectively stopping the heart. E-cigarette nicotine poses a severe risk to minors and expectant moms. This study evaluates the public's and the youth community's understanding of the potential health risks of vaping to close the knowledge gap. Both quantitative and qualitative data regarding migraines, including knowledge, attitudes, and perceptions, will be gathered through the survey. The findings will be compiled into a comprehensive report distributed through academic publications, conferences, online forums, and media outlets. Based on the survey results, recommendations for policy implications and educational interventions will be made
