dc.description.abstract I am a Daffodil International University BBA student. I have had Renata Ltd for the last three months. As an intern in the company, I worked in the HR department on various issues that were given by their HR policy rules, i.e. I tried to follow them. What I have studied for four years of my varsity life I have been able to do through my work. Renata views the department of human resources as crucial. Renata understands the importance of having human resources. It acknowledges that the foundation of competencies is human capital. The following is a list of Renata's HRM principles: possessing a human resources philosophy and set of values that align with the organization's. having a group-wide HR vision that is actively shared and that prioritizes a higher goal at all times. The organization's strategic needs are the focus of the vision Creating a dynamic, adaptable structure that will maximize customer service and employee motivation in human resources.
