Abstract:
Banking sector of Bangladesh is one of the major sectors, which contributes significantly to
the national economy. The sector comprises a number NRB Commercial Bank PLC of banks
in numerous categories is a unique organization in Bangladesh. It will be a knowledge-based
organization where the NRB Commercial Bank PLC professionals will learn continuously
