Training and Development process of Master Simex Paper Limited.

Abstract

In the beginning, I would like to express my gratitude to Almighty Allah for whose kindness and blessings I was able to complete my internship at Master Simex Paper Limited. It would never be possible for me to complete both my internship period and this internship report successfully. I would like to express my sincere regards and heartiest thanks to my supervisor Mr. Siddiqur Rahman, Assistant Professor and Head In charge, Daffodil International University for Sir constant supervision, keen support, enthusiastic encouragement, and Relentless help during the preparation of the report. I firmly believe that without sir’s valuable guidance preparing this report would not have been possible. Sir valuable opinion on the topics enriched my knowledge to carry out the whole report and be able to portray the information in a logical sequence. Furthermore, I would like to express my gratitude towards my supervisor Adib Hasan Khan, Assistant Vice president and Manager-Operations of Master Simex Paper Limited for his continuous support & inspiration throughout my tenure as an intern. I heartily thank all the officials of the Master Simex Paper Limited who spoke to me about their operations and helped us understand the field operations in person. All the people I met during the internship process were extremely cooperative and kind which help me settle in the company and provided me with the experience I will be needing to develop myself in future endeavors.
