Abstract

Firstly, I want to express my gratitude to Allah for giving me the opportunity to finish this internship report. It gives me great pleasure to express my gratitude to the large number of people for their genuine cooperation and both direct and indirect help in the creation of this work. Secondly, I would like to express my gratitude to Md. Arif Hassan, Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration, who is my respected supervisor. Without his guidance and assistance, my internship report would not have been finished. He gave me lots of ideas and time to do my paper. He was my guardian whenever i needed assistance with my internship report. My sincere thanks and appreciation go out to my branch manager, Quazi Ahsanul Kabir, who is the Deputy Manager of E-Commerce Services at SSLCOMMERZ.
