The report reveals numerous main concerns hurting KPPL's marketing effectiveness, including low market penetration, reliance on certain market sectors, uneven brand awareness, pricing plan complications, a lack of digital presence, and customer retention issues. In order to deal with these difficulties and capitalize on possibilities, strategic recommendations are made.
