It gained an understanding of how the organization strategizes to align individuals with suitable roles, ensuring optimal task performance. Additionally, It familiarized itself with the company's organizational culture, witnessing firsthand its commitment to nurturing and empowering its employees, which in turn cultivates a culture of motivation, diligence, and resilience. ZNZ is mainly focused door to door marketing with end buyer, buying house & garments merchandiser. In the fabric market, ZNZ is popular & renowned organization. For this through, buyers have good faith on this organization. ZNZ takes benefit from this good wellness. ZNZ provide good quality to the customers with lower & affordable price.
