Abstract:
From this internship report, one will able to get a clear idea about “REAZ MOTORS” company and its marketing strategies. This internship report is divided into five chapters in total. The first chapter deals with the introduction, background of the study, scopes of the study, objectives of the study, methodology of the study & limitations. The next chapter (Chapter 2) is about the organizational profile, where the organization “REAZ MOTORS” s introduction, their mission-vision, founder, employees, brands, sister concern groups, bankers, stock-list & business operation process are described. Then, the next chapter (Chapter 3) is completely about marketing strategy analysis of “REAZ MOTORS”. Here, “REAZ MOTORS” company’s segmentation, targeting, positioning methods & their products, pricing strategies, placement methods & promotional methods are discussed. And this is the most important & main part of this report. The next chapter (Chapter 4) is about findings. Here, reviewing the marketing strategy of “REAZ MOTORS” company, describes what changes should be made. And lastly in chapter 5, this internship report contains recommendations for “REAZ MOTORS” and give a brief conclusion.
