Abstract:
First Security Islamic Bank PLC. The purpose of the internship and report is to gain academic knowledge with realworld experience. During the three-month internship programme, we observed various parallels between our theoretical studies and the practical experiences gained. The aim of the internship is not only to impart practical skills but also to deepen theoretical understanding. The significance of banks as financial institutions in modern civilization is highlighted, and this cannot be overemphasized. Banks are among the most trusted financial organizations and are vital to sustaining the financial strength of a nation. The first chapter describes an introduction, while the second chapter covers an organizational overview of First Security Islamic Bank. It includes the history, overview, mission, and goals of the bank, as well as the specific objective of the report. The next chapter is about the “theoretical framework of First Security Islamic Bank PLC,” followed by a comprehensive study of ratio analysis such as ratio analysis, common size analysis, swot analysis, and tend analysis. This report provides a comprehensive summary of the bank's economic performance along with an assessment of its importance and value to the company. It's simply not possible to identify everything you need to know about finance in three months. Nevertheless, I made every effort to move forward. The target of the internship programme was to offer real-world banking experience and relate it to academic knowledge. Due to time limitations, a complete investigation of the corporations in the individual areas was not possible during the internship.
